KaZ has been in many facets of entertainment as a performer, theater and television writer and producer, choreographer, stunt coach, stage director, voice-over director and casting director.
In addition, KaZ is an award-winning vocalist, a former dancer, actor, singer, stunt actor, circus artist, & professional water skier.
She was the co-owner of two restaurants, a fitness center, a television production company and the owner of a cinema.
KaZ did a stint in politics (she won't be doing that again anytime soon), and in veterinary medicine (a girl's gotta eat and I love animals!).
KaZ has been a professional writer in magazines & books since first being published at the age of 14 in a youth magazine.
She has written plays that have been produced in New York, Florida & New Orleans.
She has a featured chapter in the book "How To Survive A Move". (Up-to-date she has moved 46 times!)
KaZ wrote an article for Organic Wine Journal (based on her restaurant research into organic wines before they were "a thing"), and also an article featured at the Ground Zero Memorial.
KaZ co-wrote 2 television informational series & 3 television pilots.
One of the pilots, a sit-com, was produced as a reality series pilot. KaZ's many high pressure pursuits led her to meditation.
She began studying meditation in '91.
Her initial training focused on Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan and his certified teachers.
She is a certified Master Meditation and Qigong Instructor. KaZ also taught Qigong in a juvenile justice facility, and lectured on mental health in juvenile justice.
She has two short story compilations : A hilarious look at herself and two close girlfriends who find themselves single at mid-life, AND on letters written during WWII from her great-uncles to their mother (KaZ's great-grandmother).
kaZ's passion is writing prose, short stories, and poetry primarily relating to PRO-aging. Focusing on health, travel, diet, mindset, attitude, insights, exercise, family, career, and work from her personal experience and her observations.
